Sometimes we feel ourselves disheveled, or maybe criticised wrongly.
But what is outer beauty exactly? Shouldn’t we look first at our psychological well-being? What if I tell you these two elements are linked?
All of us, instead of blindly following the directives given by media, or the common ideas, should understand that in order to feel good is important to note that we are special just being us. We have to realise also that our little “imperfections” are not as significant as they led us to believe.
Avoiding to distort our own vision of beauty, that it has already been achieved, is the first step. Forgetting the work we did to get there and feeling comfortable will make us seductive and impeccable.
